This is a wonderful neighborhood located just North of the I-520 freeways and east of the I-405, with close proximity to Microsoft, Downtown Bellevue, Kirkland and Redmond. The statistics we’ve outlined for you are those in Bellevue not within Redmond/Kirkland’s Bridle Trails Neighborhood.
The homes in this area have larger lot sizes and there is a great mix of older and newer construction. This neighborhood encompasses the 482 Acre Bridle Trails State Park. The park has 28 miles of horse trails and hiking trails as well as picnic facilities. You will find that many, but definitely not all, of the homes located within in this area will have equestrian facilities. Other features that many of the homes have are pools, sport courts and large sweeping yards. Bellevue WA is such a beautiful place to live!
